Our online digital printing services are all done on site from our Kodak Express store in Bedford.

All orders are sent out within 24 hours of receipt by 1st class post at a cost of £1.50. If you would prefer to collect your order from either of our shops in Bedford or Cambridge just choose the "collect in store" option at the check out. You will receive an email from us to let you know that your order has either been dispatched, or is ready for collection in store.

For customers wishing to collect from our Cambridge store then please make a note of this in the special instructions on the order at the checkout. Please allow 3 days for this service.

Handy tips when uploading your photos

1. If you are uploading more than 5 images then you have the option to install Google Gears for fast uploading of your images. You will be given the link to this before you upload your images. This is the quickest way to upload your images to our server.
   
2. Once you have uploaded your images you have the choice to view your images, choose your size, crop and zoom, change the orientation of your image, and also change the colour to either sepia or black and white. To do this just click on the EDIT button on the right hand side of the uploaded image.
   
3. All images normally require some slight cropping to achieve the correct aspect ratio/size you have chosen, so it is advisable for you to crop them once you have uploaded them, this way you choose where they are cropped so you are happy with the end results. To do this just click on the EDIT button. If you don't crop them to your chosen size when you upload your order then we will do it for you before we print them, using our own judgement.
4. When you have uploaded your images if the quality is poor at your chosen size you will be given a warning that the quality is low. It is then up to you to decide if you want to go ahead with the order, or select a smaller size, or delete any low quality images from the order. 
5. For medium/larger orders - all the way up to 5,000 images why not try our Desktop Kiosk. Download this easy to use software, and you can zoom, crop and rotate from your desktop PC before sending your order to us via the internet. You don't need an internet connection whilst you're preparing the order - only for the final 'sending' it to us. Want to place the same order again later? No problem - you can save your work and access exactly the same order later.
